SMS TERMS

This SMS and Calling Opt-In Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Estate Hub (“Company”) and the individual providing their phone number for SMS and calling communication (“Subscriber” or “You”). By submitting your phone number and opting in for SMS and calling communication with Estate Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages and Calls

By providing your phone number and opting in for SMS and calling communication, you expressly consent to receive text messages and calls, including marketing and promotional messages, from Estate Hub to the phone number you have provided.

2. Message and Call Frequency

Estate Hub may send you SMS messages and make calls on a periodic basis, which may include but are not limited to updates, promotions, offers, and other informational messages. Message and call frequency may vary.

3. Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages and calls at any time. To opt-out of SMS, simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from Estate Hub. To opt-out of calls, you may inform the caller of your desire to no longer receive calls from the Company. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease sending you SMS messages and making calls, except for messages and calls required by law or to provide essential service information.

4. Data and Message Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to the SMS messages sent and received, and standard call charges may apply to the calls made, as determined by your wireless carrier or phone service provider. Estate Hub is not responsible for any message, data, or call charges incurred by you. Please consult your mobile service provider or phone service provider for details regarding your message, data, and call plan.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

Estate Hub values your privacy. Your phone number and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We will not sell, share, or rent your phone number or personal information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Message and Call Content

The content of SMS messages and calls made by Estate Hub may include marketing and promotional content, information about products or services, and general updates related to the Company. We will strive to provide accurate and valuable information in our messages and calls.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Estate Hub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these SMS and Calling Opt-In Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we may also notify you via SMS or calls if necessary. Your continued use of our SMS and calling services after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By opting in for SMS and calling communication with Estate Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
